Executive Chef Mackenson Horebe

Mackenson Horebe has been the Executive Chef of the Marriott North Bethesda Hotel & Conference Center since 2022. A native from Philadelphia, he draws inspiration from his childhood and his Haitian roots, creating menus for not only the food & beverage outlets, but to every event held at our hotel. Chef Mack, as he's called, has previously worked under a number of top chefs and has held key roles within Kimpton Hotel & Restaurants in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, being promoted to Executive Chef. After moving to Maryland with his fiancee, he has discovered the wonders of Cheasepeake cuisine, concocting a seasonal and fresh menu for The Corby Kitchen that delights and wows guests from all over the world.
